Intermediate to Advanced power vinyasa yoga will get your body flowing. Expect a focus on alignment and breath, with sequences done slowly at first, then while flowing breath with movement.
Similar to power vinyasa yoga, but slower movement with a focus on mindful transitions. However, do not expect to hold poses as long as most slow flow classes. Expect to find grounding as well as energizing using breath, alignment, and concentration.
All Levels. A combination of cardio and strength exercises consisting of 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of recovery. Dumbbells and yoga mat are suggested but not required.
Intermediate level. Expect to sweat, play, go upside down, work all of the muscles in your body, then stretch. If you are new to aerial hammock, it is recommended that you attend an in-person class first.
An intermediate blend of yoga, strength, and cardio to serve as your one-stop shop for fitness. Yoga mat and light set dumbbells required (5-10lbs.) Note that some Yoga Fit classes also involve HIIT.
