Katy paulson

Katy loves to create. She began dance in ballet at age 4, and fell in love with contemporary dance in her teens. She toured around Europe with Michelle Latimer’s Dance Academy, and then after high school, became a Denver Nuggets Dancer. After receiving a Masters Degree in Transformative Leadership, she also began teaching yoga. She started learning and teaching aerial hammock in 2017 and now explores all different modalities like lyra, silks, and pole. She love creating ALL the things! Wendy first stumbled onto her mat in 1992 & it didn’t take long for her to realize the personal benefits of yoga. Soon, certifications followed in Vinyasa, Integrated Vinyasa™ 200 hr, Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt & (a favorite!) SUP Yoga. Her passion is in strong, powerful practices and the authenticity of the practice. She continues to work on this one shot she has in this wonderful world to make a difference every day, and to learn with each beautiful soul.

Angie Kennedy

Angie is passionate about yoga, hiking, trail running, and writing. Her philosophy is that we are all much stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally, than we give ourselves credit for. She knows that yoga is a path to that strength because that is how she found it herself. Her classes will challenge you to think differently, find your personal strength, and let go of your ego all at the same time. She is genuine, authentic, and absolutely loves teaching yoga.
