Wendy Crichton

Wendy first stumbled onto her mat in 1992 & it didn’t take long for her to realize the personal benefits of yoga. Soon, certifications followed in Vinyasa, Integrated Vinyasa™ 200 hr, Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt & (a favorite!) SUP Yoga. Her passion is in strong, powerful practices and the authenticity of the practice. She continues to work on this one shot she has in this wonderful world to make a difference every day, and to learn with each beautiful soul.

Angie Kennedy

Angie is passionate about yoga, hiking, trail running, and writing. Her philosophy is that we are all much stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally, than we give ourselves credit for. She knows that yoga is a path to that strength because that is how she found it herself. Her classes will challenge you to think differently, find your personal strength, and let go of your ego all at the same time. She is genuine, authentic, and absolutely loves teaching yoga.
